Betty Ardila is the Founder of Massage Betty School of Continued education. Betty is a Board Certified Massage Therapist and Continuing Education Provider in Houston, Texas. Betty has been a Massage Therapy Instructor and a Continuing Education Provider for 12 years as well as a Licensed Massage Therapist for 16 years. She is an approved Continuing Education Provider by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork.

Neuromuscular

A technique that uses light pressure and long, gentle, rhythmic strokes to increase the flow of lymph and reduce toxins in your body.

Prenatal

A technique used during pregnancy to enhances the function of muscles, joint, and circulation. Also aids in relieving mental and physical fatigue.
